Banks is an American singer-songerwriter and musician from LA California. Her sound has been described as dark R&B but she cites Lauryn Hill and Fiona Apple as her biggest influences.

Real Estate is an American indie rock band from New Jersey and currently live in Brooklyn NY. They have performed at Coachella and several other Music Festivals such as Pitchfork in Chicago.
